No, and all the guess work people make is unsubstantiated. To learn more about the Anti Christ we look to Revelation 13. As for the timing of the arrival of the Anti Christ, the legitimate sign of his arrival would be the rapture.
1 Thessalonians 4:13–17
13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:50–54
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

This is not to suggest a timing for the rapture, as no man knows when that will happen.

32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

Many of the accusations are ridiculous on the face, but no less promulgated. The reality is Pope Francis is just one of many in the long line of those given the moniker for one reason or another. Jesus said it best..
Matthew 24:23-25

According to biblical text, present day Christians will be long gone before the Anti Christ arrives. So if you do see him, you have a bigger problem than you know. When the Anti Christ does appear he will be the 2nd beast that is referred to in scripture. Satan always copies God, so as John the Baptist was first and prepared the way for Jesus, so will the false prophet for the Anti Christ.
Revelation 13:1
“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy”
This first beast that appears will be a Gentile not a Jew. He is the False Prophet who will become the head of the revived Roman Empire, Babylon reborn. The sea is symbolic of the size of the Gentile nation, which is to say it’s huge.
